I had a hunch. Although I was producing PR videos for the entire event, I felt my friend and PR gem, Molly Schuyler, would set a world record at the Hwy 55 World Hamburger Eating Championship. I asked my videographer to isolate a single camera on her, just in case. She devoured seven stacked Hwy 55 cheeseburgers, a side of fries and a 20 oz. drink in one minute and 37 seconds, breaking her former world record by 17 seconds. Social media ate this up. She is not a sideshow; she is unbelievably talented, and I have retained her for other clients. She always delivers and eats.
